The ministry of Transport and Roads (MTR) of the Government of Southern Sudan (GOSS) is mandated to plan, develop, maintain and effectively manage the different transportation systems in Southern Sudan.
In preparing for the establishment of the South Sudan Roads Authority (SSRA) in the shortest time possible, Task Order 8 desires to hire/retain the services of an experienced Consultant on a short term/intermittent basis, to support a team that will be tasked to ensure the establishment of the SSRA.
