Profiles and responsibilities
Track events on activities and new innovations in the market place that impact on the Bank and make recommendations for appropriate/necessary interventions that can be undertaken.
Conduct product satisfaction surveys to verify whether the Bank's existing products meet customer preferences and desires.
Gather and analyze data on competitor products and service offering vis-a-vies the Bank's existing and/ or new products and services.
Participate in the initial product design. Based on
the market research findings.Conduct any research sanctioned in line with the
Departments work plan and disseminate findings.
Develop and implement best research practices and protocols.
Preparation of special programs for research
conducting and management.Obtain new knowledge applicable to the
company's business needs that eventually will
result in new or improved products, processes, systems or services that can increase the company's sales and profits
Expected Output
Monthly industrial report.
Market research report on products under
development.
Initial product design based on market research
Findings and Customer satisfaction survey report
Qualifications .." .
A good honors degree in the fields of Business
Administration, Commerce, Economics,
Quantitative Economics and Business Statistics from a recognized university.
A post graduate training in Research w will be an added advantage.
Relevant skills ,
Minimum 'of: 2 years research experience.
Extensive knowledge of Bank products and services.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good report writing skills.
Good analytical skills.
Age: Not above 30 years.
Salary and benefits are very attractive
