QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of first Degree in Architecture
MSC Architecture or its equivalent will be an added advantage
Must be registered with an NIA stamp
PMP or Prince 2 Certification, Membership of Project management Institute (PIM)
Must be good in 3DAutoCad, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Architectural Revit; AutoDesktop; Microsoft Office Suites and Photoshop.
He/She most have flair for interiors.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Minimum of 3-5 years post graduate experience
Significant project management experience with strong negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
Must be able to multi-task in a high pressure environment and be ready to travel often and at short notice
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generally Supervise the Projects Department and reviewing the drawings with tasks as directed from time to time.
